OUR HISTORY

In 2007, Michèle Côté and Audrée Michaud met at the Montreal Jewellery School; Michèle was working as a teacher and Audrée was a student completing her training. Michèle was immediately struck by her student's talent and determination to make her mark in the field of jewellery. The teacher, to her student's great delight, made her a golden proposal: to found a company that would combine Michèle's great expertise with Audrée's great entrepreneurial qualities.

Determined and passionate, they redoubled their efforts to make their vision a reality and together created Flamme en rose. This was the birth of a unique company in the Montreal jewellery industry; a boutique workshop managed by two women (a first in this traditionally male world), specializing in high-end custom designs and having as its primary motivation the satisfaction of its customers. The opening of the boutique is celebrated in 2009 and it is the beginning of a great adventure.

From the outset, jewellers have focused on designing high-end jewellery; Flamme en rose offers a unique service of customised design and creation from A to Z, and takes up the bold challenge of bringing its clients' dream jewellery to life. The motto of Flamme en rose is to combine the creativity and uniqueness of handmade jewellery with the refinement and quality found in high-end creations. A winning combination!

Well aware of current issues, the team at Flamme en rose understands the importance of reducing the ecological footprint and decided to offer its clients a jewellery recycling and transformation service. The idea is quite simple; to recover the jewels that are sleeping in the jewellery boxes and offer them a second life, a stylistic update. These jewels already have a sentimental value; why not transform them to give them a current look by reducing the use of raw materials to a maximum?

The jewellers at Flamme en rose work with precious stones and noble metals, but know that the real wealth of the company is the customers! The team is proud to be able to guarantee a unique experience, a warm Home and an authentic approach. By visiting Flamme en rose, the customer avoids the middleman and shops directly at the workshop, which is located in the heart of the jewellery industry in Quebec. This direct contact with the designers ensures uncompromising quality at a fair price.
