Delivery policies

La livraison est au tarif fixe de 5$ partout au Canada, peu importe le montant de l'achat. Aux États-Unis et en Europe, le tarif fixe de livraison est à 15$, peu importe le montant de l'achat.  En dehors de ces zones géographiques, n'hésitez pas à nous contacter et nous pourrons vous informer sur la livraison et les coûts qui vous seront facturés. Your parcel will be sent with the following modalities:

  • Full insurance of your package
  • Numéro de suivi Postes Canada
  • Signature d’un adulte requise à la réception du colis.

It is important that your address be residential or commercial. We cannot ship to a PO Box because a signature is required at the reception for any purchase of 250 $ and more (Canada only).

Une fois votre commande expédiée, vous recevrez un courriel de confirmation d’envoi avec votre numéro de suivi de colis.  Il vous sera ainsi possible de trépider de bonheur en regardant l’évolution de votre envoi !


Pour les clients désirant venir nous rencontrer directement à l’atelier, sachez qu’il nous fera plaisir de vous remettre votre achat en main propre. Vous n'avez qu'à sélectionner l'option '' Retrait sur place'' lors de votre passage à la caisse.

Please be advised that all taxes (other than GST/QST), applicable fees and brokerage fees will be the client’s responsibility.

Refund for online purchases

Flamme en rose offers the possibility of a refund when the value does not exceed $ 500. If your purchase does not exceed this value before taxes, your jewel is eligible for a full refund within 20 days after purchase. The conditions below must however be respected:

  • Only items that were shipped to Canada are accepted. Consequently, all international purchases are final sale.
  • The piece must be in perfect condition and must never have been worn.
  • If the item in question is a ring, it must not have received a sizing or a custom engraving.
  • If your initial purchase included several items, only one piece will be allowed to be returned. This policy is applied to prevent abuse.


All refunds will be made via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

It will be our pleasure to provide to you, a prepaid return shipping voucher for Canada post, in order for the return shipping process to be quick and simple.


Exchange policies for online purchases

For any jewel bought online with a value of 1500 $ and less before taxes, we offer you the opportunity to exchange your purchase if it does not meet your expectations. Your purchase qualifies for our return policy for exchange within 20 days from the date of purchase. However, the following conditions must be respected:

  • Only items that were shipped to Canada are accepted. Consequently, all international purchases are final sale.
  • The piece must be in perfect condition and must never have been worn.
  • If the item in question is a ring, it must not have received a sizing or a custom engraving.
  • If your initial purchase included several items, only one piece will be allowed to be returned. This policy is applied to prevent abuse.
  • You can exchange your purchase for one or more items when the total amount is more or less 200 $ near your initial purchase price. Any balance below the initial amount will be refunded and any balance over the original amount will be charged.
  • Il nous fera plaisir de vous fournir une étiquette de retour sécurisée de Postes Canada afin que cette étape soit facile et rapide pour vous.  Veuillez-vous référer plus bas à notre rubrique ‘’Comment faire un retour sécuritaire par la poste’’ afin de nous retourner votre bijou en toute sécurité.


How to safely ship returns

If your purchase qualifies for one of our return policies, here are the procedures to follow in order to safely ship the piece back to us:

  1. Contact us first to explain the reason of your return.
  2. Make sure that the piece is well packed and well protected. Include all items that you originally received in your package (box, diamond certificate, certificate…).
  3. Include your online purchase confirmation number.
  4. We will send you a secure Canada Post return e-mail. Please follow the instructions provided by Canada Post on this label to properly return your package.

By following these simple steps, you can rest assured that your package will be safely delivered.

Finger size

Vous n’avez pas commandé une bague à votre taille? N'ayez aucune crainte, Flamme en rose vous offre la possibilité de corriger l’erreur et d’avoir un ajustement optimal. Cet ajustement est gratuit pour toute modifications d'un point supplémentaire ou d'une réduction d'un point. Par exemple, si vous commandez une taille 5, il est possible d'ajuster gratuitement de la taille 4 à la taille 6.  Pour tout autre ajustement de plus ou moins un point, il peut y avoir des frais supplémentaires.


Only rings sold in Canada could be returned and must have been purchased less than 20 days prior.

  • The ring must not show any traces that it has been worn (micro-scratches, impacts, etc.).
  • The ring must not have been previously sized, by us or any other jeweller.
  • The ring can not have a custom engraving on the inside.


If all of the above conditions are respected, the first resizing is free of charge. There is a 2 week delay on most rings but for rings with a greater technical difficulty, there can be a longer delay .

It will be our pleasure to provide to you, a prepaid return shipping voucher for Canada post, in order for the return shipping process to be quick and simple.

If you do not know the size of your finger, please contact us and we will be delighted to send you a  ring sizer, click here free of charge!


Manufacturing timeline

When you order a piece of jewelry on our website, we get to work within a few days to handcraft your precious jewelry with the utmost attention to detail and quality. The manufacturing and delivery time is 3 to 4 weeks maximum.
