Shipping is free on online purchases anywhere in Canada, regardless of your purchase amount. In the United States and Europe, the various options and rates will be automatically presented to you when you check out.

How long is the production time?
Flamme en rose offers you a selection of " Last Chance " jewelry that can be sent to you the same day!
For all other orders, the manufacturing time is 3 to 4 weeks. Our jewelers will begin work upon receipt of your order to custom-create the piece of jewelry you have chosen.
If this is a gift and you would like to receive your package as soon as possible, contact us to see what options are available to you.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a full refund for all online purchases of $500 or less before taxes. Please contact us within 20 days of receiving your purchase to request a refund. *All jewelry sold at 30% off or more is final sale.*

What if my ring size is not correct?
Didn't order a ring in your size? Don't worry, Flamme en rose offers you the opportunity to correct the error and get the best fit. This adjustment is free* for any changes up to one size down. For example, if you order a size 5, it is possible to adjust up to a size 4 for free. When in doubt, opt for a size a little larger than one that is too small. For any other enlargement adjustment or to reduce more than one size, there may be an additional charge.

What type of warranty do you offer?
All our jewelry is created by Montreal's finest jewelers to the highest standards. However, should a defect or manufacturing flaw occur, you can benefit from our lifetime warranty.

Is it possible to try on jewelry before buying it online?
We know that buying a large amount of jewelry online can be a bit daunting. That's why we've developed a replica jewelry system that can be sent to you so you can try it on in the comfort of your own home.
We will also always be happy to welcome you to our jewelry store in downtown Montreal if you would like to try on a piece of jewelry before ordering it.
