1- Contact and free estimate
During your in-store visit, our jewelers will assess the condition of your jewelry and provide an estimate of the cost and timeframe for the repair. We suggest scheduling an appointment to spend quality time with one of our repair experts. We reserve the right to refuse certain repairs when the procedure poses a high risk of damaging the piece or its gemstones. Please also note that we cannot repair plated jewelry or jewelry that is not made of silver, gold, or platinum.
2- Precise analysis and quote
At the Flamme en rose workshop, each piece of jewelry is examined with
meticulous attention to determine the most appropriate repair method.
Our priority is to preserve the strength, value, and aesthetics of your piece,
whether it is antique or contemporary. This in-depth analysis allows us to
choose precise techniques that respect the integrity of the setting and stones.
If adjustments to the initial estimate are necessary, due to technical
discoveries or additional repairs, we always contact you before undertaking any
work.
3- Repair or transformation
Depending on your needs, we repair or modify your jewelry using proven techniques that preserve its integrity and aesthetics. Each intervention is carried out with care, whether re-soldering a link, adjusting a stone, or restoring a delicate setting. No deposit is required : you only pay once the work is complete and your jewelry is ready to be worn again.
4- Cleaning, polishing and delivery of the jewel
Once the repair is complete, we clean and polish your jewelry to restore its shine. Your jewelry is returned to you in near-new condition, ready to be worn again.
