Color (D, E, F) measures the absence of yellowish tint: these three letters correspond to colorless diamonds, the purest and most prized.
A pavé of diamonds is a setting made up of many small diamonds placed very close to one another, held in place by small, almost invisible prongs. This technique creates a continuous, sparkling surface.
Laboratory diamonds offer the same brilliance as natural diamonds and have the maximum diamond hardness of 10 on the Mohs scale. Moissanite is a different stone that sparkles with more colorful reflections and has a slightly lower hardness of 9.25. While they differ in their brilliance and precise hardness, both remain extremely durable for everyday wear.
